Customer Service Assistant:

    We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Assistant to work in our Guest Services Department.

    The Customer Service Assistant will report to the Director of Guest Services.

    Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Record information provided by our guests in internal databases

  • Communicate with guests, partners, and other internal departments by phone, email and letter

  • Paper and digital filing

  • Audit records

  • Assist the Guest Services team to provide HIGH END customer service


  • Qualifications:
  • Entry level

  • High school graduate


  • Required Skills:
  • Extremely detail oriented – Applicants who are not detail oriented will not be successful in this position

  • Accurate record keeper

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to adhere to a schedule and complete tasks in a timely manner

  • Able to self motivate and self regulate

  • Able to work as part of a cohesive team

  • Friendly and professional on the phone and by email

  • Able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and grace

  • Comfortable learning new technology


  • Rate of pay starting at $12/hour depending on experience.

    Work hours: 9am - 5pm PST Monday-Friday

Expedition Leader / Travel Director

    We are seeking experienced Expedition Leaders, Travel Directors, and Expert Guides who have extensive knowledge as naturalists, cultural experts, or destination specialists combined with the ability to handle inquisitive guests in a small group environment.

    Candidates should possess an all around knowledge of the natural and cultural components that make up the various destinations we offer plus have excellent similar experience and skills to handle groups from a variety of organizations.

    Candidates will:

  • Provide Program Guiding, Leadership and Guest Service.

  • Present lectures as agreed upon between Orbridge and program partners in pre-program discussions.

  • Provide in-field interpretation as set forth in accordance with the program itinerary and guest inquiry.

  • Provide necessary feedback to Orbridge Operations to ensure guest issues are handled in a speedy and effective manner.

  • Coordinate with local suppliers to support itinerary inclusions.


  • Orbridge supports our field staff with extensive pre-trip information as well as ongoing communication throughout each expedition. We offer an attractive independent contractor daily rate and travel expenses package.
