Activity Level

Moderate

This itinerary has early morning starts. The majority of the program’s activities take place outdoors with extended time walking on varying terrain. Many trails and boardwalks in Yellowstone are not routinely shoveled in the winter. It is our expectation that guests can withstand cold temperatures; walk on uneven, frozen, or snow-covered terrain; climb in and out of all-terrain vehicles; and manage stairs without assistance. Guests will experience varying altitudes, from 5,282 to 8,391 feet.

Maximum elevation: 8,391 feet at the Continental Divide
