Given the remoteness of the Galapagos Islands, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance with medical coverage, including flight evacuation. Without coverage, it may be difficult and at great cost to guests to obtain emergency medical assistance while on the islands. Reference the travel insurance suggestion that accompanied the invoice confirmation you received after making your reservation.

For the convenience of our guests, this program includes coverage for evacuation and transportation services to the nearest appropriate hospital once hospitalized, with a $100,000 limit per traveler.
