Guest Services Program Manager

Orbridge is seeking a dynamic and focused team member who is a self-starter and enjoys working independently and as a team to serve as a new Guest Services Manager. Orbridge, founded in 2008, is a rapidly expanding high-end tour operator that specializes in educational tours for small groups in unique destinations. Our primary client base includes alumni organizations from universities across the country, and we are expanding into new markets as we grow. The company office is located on Bainbridge Island, WA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary manager for a portfolio of tours and become the “resident expert” in order to successfully and professionally respond to all prospective and current guest inquiries
  • Respond to guest calls and emails in a very prompt manner
  • Send confirmations, program documents, and final documents to guests
  • Process reservations and adjustments, including cancellations and transfers
  • Coordinate with a variety of other departments who provide services to support guests, including operations, accounting, shipping, and air department
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule
  • Audit guest information forms and work with colleagues to ensure the submission of all guest data
  • Document guest interactions in various CRM databases
  • Coordinate with the Partner Relations team on allotments and space allocations on tours
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Basic Mac/PC computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Highly detail oriented with accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to learn new software and databases
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Education and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a Guest Relations role strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and expertise of the travel industry strongly preferred

Full-time position – Available Immediately
Mon – Fri, 8:30AM – 5:00PM with some flexibility in work hours
