Choosing to work with a tour operator should remove stress and guesswork, allowing you to relax and enjoy your trip. Here are 7 ways Orbridge makes that happen.
1. No Hassle, 100% Refund Guarantee
Orbridge's customer refund terms offer peace of mind in an unpredictable world. Effective January 1, 2021, and applying to new reservations received by Orbridge on or after January 1, 2021, guests of all but two destinations (Antarctica Discovery and Trans-Siberian Railway) now have the flexibility to cancel reservations for a full refund of all monies paid for the main program and for any pre-tour and/or post-tour, provided the cancellation notice is received by Orbridge more than 90 calendar days prior to the tour’s scheduled departure date. 2. Enhanced Wellness Protocols
What can be more important than safety? At Orbridge, the health and well-being of our travelers, our team, and the communities we visit remain our top priority. Our team regularly reviews updates from international authorities and health experts to stay informed and adhere to wellness requirements and best practices. These protocols, including enhanced sanitization processes and physical distancing on motor coaches and excursions, are shared in detail with guests. (Read complete Wellness information here.)
There's no substitute for experience when it comes to delivering educational travel. We are proud to be equipped to serve the country's top alumni travel programs. In fact, 140 alumni association partners entrust us to provide for their groups the perfect combination of delightful high-end properties, enticing activities and free time, expert guides, engaging lecturers, and personalized service from start to finish. Our expedition leaders, local guides, and property owners will help you discover a location’s most spectacular features.
4. Dynamic Program Offerings
From sought-after Alaskan cruises and National Park itineraries to African safaris and adventures in Europe, Canada, South America, and beyond, Orbridge's portfolio of 25 programs enrich, delight, and inspire curious travelers. Imagine kayaking among beluga whales in Churchill, walking among penguin colonies in Antarctica, making pasta from scratch with a celebrated chef in Northern Italy—the choice is yours. (See a complete line-up of Destinations here.)
5. Highly Reviewed
In journalism, there's an adapted adage phrased as, "If your mother says she loves you, check it out." It's a humorous, but important reminder to check facts and not assume anything. At Orbridge, we work hard and are passionate about what we do. Of course we want you to feel confident in us, but we also have support in what our guests say, including Dale and Kathleen E., visitors to the Galapagos Islands: "This was our third or fourth trip with Orbridge! We were very satisfied and will not hesitate to book with Orbridge again. The program was very well designed, well-managed, and above all else, had arrangements to meet our needs and objectives of our travel plan." Don't hesitate to request references of us.
The Orbridge experience is designed to be exceptional from beginning to end. This means complete pre-departure information, a dedicated guest services team, outstanding tours, and access to photographs and videos taken during the trip.
7. Commitment to Sustainability
Important for many travelers is that an operator's ethos align with their own. Orbridge understands the impact of travel on the planet, and is committed to the global responsibility of minimizing that footprint. Our efforts include such diverse activities as participating in reforestation philanthropy, recycling, and partnering with suppliers with conservation practices that support wildlife and local communities.
