HEALTH AND WELLNESS ON TOUR

Orbridge is committed to providing guests with memorable, enriching and educational experiences around the globe. The health and well-being of our travelers, our team and the communities we visit are our top priority.

We suggest you purchase travel and/or medical insurance adequate for your needs. Travel insurance ensures peace of mind and protects your investment in the event of a travel interruption. Our Guest Services team or your affiliated organization can provide further details.

Generally, Orbridge is following the CDC guidelines for how to manage Covid-19:

Orbridge does not require guests to have a Covid vaccination, show a vaccination card or test before or during your tour.
Certain destinations may have specific requirements and we will share any of these requirements with guests prior to departure in your guest documents sent to you before your tour. NOTE: Conditions and requirements may change without notice due to factors such as border entry conditions, health orders, regional health advice, and others.*

What happens if I test positive for Covid during my tour?
We will not ask anyone on tour showing symptoms to test for Covid. If you're sick and decide to test, you will need to procure your own test. If you test positive for Covid, you will be required to wear a mask in all group settings. We also strongly encourage taking meals apart from the group. If you test positive for Covid and subsequently decide to leave your tour, you cannot rejoin the tour.

Am I required to wear a face mask during my tour?
No, wearing a face mask while on tour is optional with the following exception: if you have tested positive for Covid while on tour, you will be required to wear a mask on the bus, on excursions, and in other settings when with your group.

In consideration of fellow guests and in the spirit of striving to promote a community of healthy guests that can fully enjoy your group tour, you will be strongly encouraged to wear a mask if displaying symptoms of illness such as sneezing or coughing.  However, if while on the tour you test positive for COVID, you will be required to wear a mask on the bus, on excursions, and in other settings when with your group.  You are encouraged to bring masks with you in the event that they are needed during your travels.

See our Terms & Conditions for more information about the assumption of responsibility for your own health, safety and welfare when participating on an Orbridge tour. This policy is subject to change and guests will be notified prior to tour departure of any updates.
